Taleo Connect Client 13.2

Taleo Connect Client (TCC) is a desktop integration tool for moving data into and out of the Taleo talent management platform. It lets administrators and integration specialists design, test, and automate bulk imports and exports using configurable mappings, connecting to Taleo through its web services layer (Taleo Connect Broker).

Key capabilities:

• Map CSV or XML files to Taleo business objects (such as candidates, requisitions, users, organizations, and locations) and generate corresponding exports.
• Build and validate integration flows with field-level transformations, filters, and lookups.
• Run jobs interactively or automate them via command-line execution for scheduled, repeatable processes.
• Monitor detailed logs and error reports to troubleshoot and rerun failed records.
• Manage multiple environments (test, stage, production) with reusable configurations.

Common use cases:

• Synchronize HRIS/master data with Taleo (users, structures, job fields).
• Bulk load or update requisitions and candidate data.
• Extract recruiting data for downstream analytics or data warehousing.

Requirements:

• Access to a Taleo environment with appropriate TCC permissions.
• Network connectivity to the Taleo web services endpoint.
• A compatible Java runtime on the workstation where TCC runs.

Intended audience: HRIS administrators, integration engineers, and system integrators. Not designed for end-users of the recruiting application.
